“Balkan” is a public joint-stock
company with more than 67% predominate private participation. Main
shareholder with more than 50% of the capital is “Napredak Holding”
AD in the city of Sofia. The companies within the group of Holding
make various articles and services, which are realized on the already
gained markets in the country and abroad. The flexibility in the managing
processes, the strategic planning of the investment activity, the
applying of technical and technological novelties and the development
of new products and markets, let “Napredak Holding” AD achieve high
effectiveness of its activity.
“Balkan” is located over area of 1620 decares,
of which more than 120 decares are building area. “Balkan” AD has
leading positions and it is major producer of aggregates, meetings
and transmissions for electric trucks and motor trucks in our country.
From a strategic point of view one of the most priority tendencies
in this activity is being developed, namely projecting and adopting
of integral production of electric trucks and motor trucks.
From another point of view we are looking
for opportunities for cooperation and collaboration in the branch
of car construction, originating from the experience and traditions
